Cable connections and Antenna parts being off I know can create an erratic SWR with Trap Vertical and other Antennas. What might be any possible other causes? Weather?

FROM 27 - FEB - 2002, IS TRANSMITTING MY BEACON IN BAND OF 17 METERS, HP1AVS/B IN 18.095.0 MHz WITH A DIPOLE IN INVESTED " V " AND SINGLE 2.5 WATTS. THE REPORTS OF MY BEACON ARE RECEIVED BY hp1rcp@hotmail.com
MAIN ACTIVITY IS BPSK31 IN 17 METERS AND 40 METERS.
