Just getting into 6 meter QRP
I'm getting back into the hobby and excited about 6m - made contacts with K2BRK (in New York), W9JN (in Wisconsin), and W0JV (in Iowas) with 5 watts and a dipole strung across my room. Not bad for a new-timer in South Carolina. E-mail me at KF4GBB@hotmail.com and maybe we can trade info.

Does anyone have any experience with the Feature Tech AW06A antenna analyzer? I have been looking for an alternative to the normal $300-$400 analyzers and this seems to be a reasonable option. There are no reviews pro or con on this product. I saw it on CheapHam.com and at $140 it seems to be a deal. Any info would be helpful. Please reply to g_dub54@yahoo.com. Thanks and 73 to all. - Gary

DXCC Status
A contributor states, "Currently there are only two countries that do not issue Amateur Radio licenses to their citizens, Yemen and North Korea. Thousand of deserving Ham's worldwide who enjoy working DX are shut out of any hope of obtaining the #1 Top of the Honor Roll status due to this. It would seem rational that these two countries (and any others who take a similar position) should be deleted from the official DXCC list in view of this. Why recognize a country on the DXCC list that does not recognize Amateur Radio? What say you?"

Here is a new QSL card design. The station is effective and fun, it consists of QRP/MFJ cub, ICOM718, VEC 1240-k, VEC1140-K. Special interest is always in homebrew QRP rigs and antennas, and always working on new projects, keeping my amateur radio hobby a great source of education and fun.
Multi band vertical antenna and MFJ dipole antenna for 20 meters band. I spend a lot of time in the shack, and I have made it as comfortable as I can. I am honored having AI2IA , Ray as my Elmer and special friend. I am QRP enthusiastic, and thanks for my Elmer Ray. If you would like to set a time to make contact on 40 or 20 meters band, please email me at the address in my eHam or QRZ profile. Cheers and good DXs, es Vy72/73
